AMD Ryzen™ Threadripper™ PRO 9000 WX-Series processors emphasize clock speeds, memory bandwidth, and core counts as critical components of higher performance. Total system memory bandwidth is 23% higher than its predecessor, thanks to support for eight channel DDR5-6400 memory. Additionally, these new workstation CPUs leverage the AMD "Zen 5" microarchitecture, which delivers a geometric mean of 16 percent better performance relative to the "Zen 4" microarchitecture.
