R80 supports single or dual redundant 1280W platinum power supplies. In combined power mode, 2000Watts is available for multi-GPU configuration.
R80 Can be configured as pedestal or 4U rack
With the optional rack mount kit, the 50cm depth of the R80 allows it to be installed into most rack cabinets.

R80 can support liquid cooled desktop processors, dual socket Intel Xeon Scalable, AMD EPYC or Threadripper Pro with 4 active or passively cooled GPUs.

Easy-swap drive bays, 2x 3.5/2.5inch rear and 2x 2.5inch front, support SATA/SAS or PCIe U.2/SATA storage drives with an alternative backplane.

R40 offers the best features of R80 in half the height
The 2U R40 is our bespoke rack mount workstation solution, supporting AMD Threadripper Pro or Intel Xeon Scalable.
Fits most server rack cabinets
Keeping to only 650mm depth means R40 is supported in most standard depth rack cabinets from 800mm deep.
Single or dual redundant Power supplies
R40 comes equipped with a dual power supply backplane, supporting single or dual redundant 1200W platinum efficiency power supplies.
R40 support high end desktop or professional GPUs
R40 supports 2 full size PCIe adapters, including one dual-slot GPU; example cards include NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Turbo, RTX A6000 or AMD Radeon Pro W6800.
Liquid cooling option supports enhanced performance
R40 enables next gen processors like Threadripper Pro 5000 to operate in PBO boost safely up to 500Watts or choose Enterprise air cooling.
Up to 7 M.2 drives and 2 easy-swap bays
2 front easy-swap universal 2.5in drive bays, support Hard drives, SSDs and PCIe drives with an alternative backplane.

We have a range of Magnetar R systems you can buy off the shelf that our tech team have crafted for all types of services. However we know that you may have a specific setup in mind or want to make adjustments to the components to better match your budget or specification.
