TSMC are putting up prices at the start of 2026, which will impact CPU and GPU prices for all chips made on 5nm or smaller nodes

The joy continues; after being hammered by unprecidended memory prices in Q4/2025, CPU and GPU price inceases are next.

TSMC informed customers back in September, that wafers on 5nm and smaller process nodes will be going up at the start of 2026

This will have an impact on both CPU and GPU pricing in 2026
